HavenNet Setup provides professional home networking services including Wi-Fi optimization, router configuration, security hardening, mesh network planning, smart device integration, and ongoing technical support. Services are provided at your premises or remotely as appropriate.
Our services are offered through fixed-price packages as detailed on our website. Prices include all standard labor and basic configuration. Additional hardware, extended troubleshooting, or custom installations may incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon before work begins.
Service appointments must be booked in advance through our contact methods. We will confirm appointments within 24 hours. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
You are responsible for providing safe access to your premises, ensuring all relevant equipment is available during service visits, providing accurate information about your networking requirements, and maintaining equipment according to our recommendations.
We recommend and can procure networking equipment on your behalf. Equipment purchases are separate from service fees. We provide warranties on equipment as specified by manufacturers. Installation and configuration of customer-provided equipment is subject to compatibility assessment.
We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from service completion. This warranty covers configuration errors and installation defects but does not cover equipment failures, environmental changes, or modifications made after our service.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
All documentation, configurations, and technical recommendations provided by HavenNet Setup remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for your personal networking needs but may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information and network configurations. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We may access your network equipment only as necessary to provide our services.
Remote support services require your explicit consent for each session. We will only access systems and data necessary to resolve technical issues. Remote access sessions are logged for quality assurance and security purposes.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. Late payments may incur interest charges. Ongoing support subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect completed services or outstanding payment obligations. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures of third-party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers.
